@unfa Niko keeps claiming it’s open source though, and it isn’t since there’s a NC clause.

@afranke @unfa Given that they're artists and not programmers by all accounts, I legit don't think they quite get software licensing or why CC (well, specifically any CC license short of CC0) are not suitable for software.

If they wanted to keep it copy-left (outside of their commercial licensing), they needed to make it GPL, or possibly, LGPL.

Luckily they already have a clear CLA though, so they're covered for commercial licensing and relicensing in the future as they see fit.

Still, the rest of the code should really be something other than CC
