@darkrat savoy cabbage, garlic and this stuffing I made the other night. For the stuffing I used red onion, mushrooms, cabbage, carrot, Fresno pepper, celery, cilantro and vegetable broth.

It’s called β€œstuffing” coz it’s usually cooked inside of a dead bird. 😬 But many people just bake them in the oven, I think. It’s a traditional Thanksgiving side dish in the US.
