@W_Lucht TFA says the move will prevent the turbines from being deployed under future friendlier (saner) administrations but I don't see how.
Hell, the gov will probably accept a lower lease fee and Total can just pick back up. demand will still be there

Plus if it's such a greay spot for wind turbines then some other company will build it there I have not a single shred of doubt about that
