I realized that I have zero idea what the ideal water temp is in Fahrenheit for various types of tea. I learned it in Celsius, and the common temp settings on electric kettles are really Celsius anyway, so I never bothered to convert. Celsius is just easier.

The crazy thing is that thousands of Americans have had to learn how to do things in meters because they served in the armed forces and NATO speaks meters and kilometers
If you can teach a buck private to estimate range in meters why would you think the rest of the population would be unable to handle a transition to metric measurements? Ugh
