Can anyone recommend a trustworthy, ethical site to order dried mushrooms? I'm not looking for anything exotic, just something shelf-stable for when I realize this meal needs a few mushrooms.
(Is there a hashtag for this sort of request? Anyhooo, feel free to boost if you think your followers might have suggestions.)

@sbourne They do! And now you have me thinking of getting some.

I love mushrooms and often comment when I'm cooking, "This would be great with some mushrooms."

But I don't always have them in our home. I grew some from a kit last year.
