Charlie Stross@rayhindle @Free_Press Yes. 13 injured (pax and firefighters) in hospital, 2 pilots dead. Per aviation herald impact was probably at roughly 100mph. ATC cleared truck to cross runway while plane was landing, truck was unable to stop. Single controller on duty at LGA was handling four roles and short of sleep.
