@Geri That these words have one established interpretation - a BENIGN one - is not relevant.

They do not incite hatred on their own as they are not specific.

@NicelyManifest @Geri both sides use this phrase to indicate the other has NO place in that geography. I don't know the wording of the laws there but the phrase is incendiary.
@PizzaDemon @Geri Agreed that it has become that. But ONLY by interpretation or association - the words themselves say nothing specific. That, sadly, seems to matter nothing now.
