@Geri That these words have one established interpretation - a BENIGN one - is not relevant.

They do not incite hatred on their own as they are not specific.

@NicelyManifest @Geri both sides use this phrase to indicate the other has NO place in that geography. I don't know the wording of the laws there but the phrase is incendiary.

@PizzaDemon @NicelyManifest There is no equivalance to what the state of Israel has done to to the people of Palestine with 80,000 deaths, daily bombing, starvation campaigns and psychological warfare - all of which is supported by almost every g'ment world wide, compared to the historical, ethnic Palestinian people who were trying to eek out a sustainable existence growing olives and always wished to be left alone
