@caity I don't have chokos, but hundreds of green beans which are too far gone to eat fresh, but not far-enough gone to make it to viable seed stage before I rip them out to plant garlic and the like. I don't think I can win.
@ghost_shit I've not had a lot of success in fermenting...but thank you. I think we're going to keep eating and giving away. Last year the local food kitchen was able to take a couple of laundry baskets full.
