Edit: These are allegations and there's a state of the instance coming up. I'd err on the side of caution and migrate early, or at least back everything up, because losing an account here kind of sucks.

If you're on mstdn.ca, I would save my list of follows/followers immediately and think about moving. The owner is getting sued for over 300K by his community league. I am sorry for what happened to you in 2023. If I had known that or had heard of that guy when I joined Mastodon in 2025, I wouldn’t have joimed this instance.

I am planning on leaving this instance for another one. I have some things to do today, so I wasn’t going to be online, which is why I am not doing it immediately.
