Edelsuisse is a semi-hard raw cow milk mountain cheese from the region around Bern in Switzerland 🧀🇨🇭
It is aged for at least 5 months before being sold 👍
And if you’re like me, you might then age it for another 40 months, vacuum-packed & stored in your fridge 🤪
