Jeff GriggI've generally been of the opinion that we should abolish the whole Department of Homeland Security (DHS), including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The TSA does not even claim that they have ever successfully stopped a terrorist attack. And they keep failing their own tests.
But I do have to hesitate, given that our president has initiated several war-like actions. And "terrorist" responses from those affected would seem a sensible strategy, for them.

Nantucket Lit@georgetakei I remember the TSA in Denver hassling my grandmother because her luggage had a too-large bottle of mouthwash in it. We were catching a plane to California because her son (my uncle) had just gone into cardiac arrest. He died that night. My grandmother was out of her mind with grief, and the TSA agent was scolding her about the mouthwash.
Now who do I see about that?
