Sir Rochard 'Dock' BunsonPretty sure that I want a Jim Bow and noter/slide for my mountain #dulcimer.
I want to be able to make as many different kinds of noises out of it as possible. 😂

@Jimijamflimflam I don't own the accessories yet and still looking. I never got any feedback and didn't want to order blindly. I just recommitted to learning to play it! 😅

emerssso@SrRochardBunson For noters, any bit of hardwood will work pretty well. My grandfather made them for my grandmother out of scraps from his woodworking that I still use sometimes. Also capos, but those haven't aged as well.
Guitarsophist@SrRochardBunson I have a Blue Lion dulcimer and a dowel for a noter, but I tend to play it with my fingers. Sometimes you need to go to a different string for a melody, and that is hard to do with a noter. However, I am mainly a guitar player, so take my advice with a grain of salt.
