@Nonilex Well there it is, Mr Rogers taught the kids and us about Responsibility. When It's "We the People" who are supposed to be responsible but the folks on top are not even responsible when they kill an innocent soul due to their own stupid. When they kill many who are not guilty of anything they parade about how they did it for US & World Peace. In this day when you can drop a ton of explosives on someone's head but you must take the neighborhood with them. Collateral what?
