EU Law for EU Digital Sovereignty (Academic Workshop) | Business and Law | University of Antwerp

The first plenary panel covered the EU competence to legislate in the digital sphere, the tension between EU values and digital business models, and EU data strategies.
Next, two parallel panels, one of which covers public #procurement. Should there be a European preference in procurement of digital services and how should it be formulated?
One of the two parallel panels after lunch is focused on the #DMA, covering a strategic and political economic perspective, as well as a comparative analysis, and a specific focus on #cloud services.
And the last, plenary panel covers some of the hard core of #digitalsovereignty: cyber security and intelligence, as well as judicial protection.
