@TheBreadmonkey, I wanted to joke "wait, they sell fridges where you don't need to install the handles yourself", then I realized that while my last fridge indeed let me mount the handles on either side, making it open to the right would require a lot of effort to move the hinge thing to the other side.

That said, I'm right handed and my fridge opens to the left. 🤷
