my compendium on #SpS (System of Systems) formed over almost 3 years has been rejected by 10 reviewers closely working with me during the time, well ignored to be exact, no single review comment returned, all is based on #MBSE (Model Based System Engineering), summarizing standards, guidelines from credible sources and what I understood during work days.

some verbal feedback claimed,
it's to long,
has the wrong content
missing content
#MBSE diagram can't be understood
system structure is wrong
system interfaces are wrong
system are named wrong (applied strict related standard)
the management does not support this
and the best, "I and Peter see it different."

here comes the fun part,
the so called domain expert, working in the same sector for 25 years and holding back on vital information and contacts, the main driver of the ignorance, keeps arguing to involve me in coaching a new expert in a huge project
the ignored compendium would be a good start and what different can I convey verbal what is already written down
the intend escapes me completely

the logical and consistent response of the organization would be to move me on a different position where I may be suited for
or to lay me off

demonstrating that ones work is worth nothing and saying your knowledge would be beneficial in the same week for the same context makes no sense

they colleagues so to say use #salami, maybe that's somehow involved
