I baked loaf #3 yesterday to bring to movie night at the temple. It got pretty rave reviews from the monks and fellow Sangha members 🙏🏻
Loaf #4 just came out of the oven so that we could enjoy some at home. De was pretty sad yesterday that I made the house smell like bread and then took off with it (we did have a couple of leftover slices when I got home)
The batteries went out on the scale today and I couldn't weigh out my flour quite right, and things got a little tricky during the kneading process. I don't know if I kneaded it quite enough, and maybe overproofed it just a touch too.
It's tasty, but it's a little on the "loose" side
I guess I might just have to get used to each loaf being a little different for a while 😆
