@sibylle oh, some crazy glue (aka CA ) would probably work well for that too, and maybe quick with less fuss. Otherwise I'd go to 5min epoxy.

@ottaross I tried "sekundenkleber" that's cyanacrilate. Is that crazy glue?
I tried that on the very same wheel about two weeks ago. The glueing surface is tiny and it is being used and abused...

I'm going to fill that wheel with hot glue and stick it on top, hoping it'll still turn.

@sibylle Yes, sounds like CA/ cyanoacrylate. Yeah if the surface is small, and not a super tight fit, it's not so good.

Hope the hot glue works. It's a little bit flexible at room temperature which might be helpful if its been bumped around aggressively. Only down side is it's hard to clean off completely if you need to resort to epoxy later. Fingers crossed!

@ottaross @sibylle you can try mixing the cyanoacrylate with baking soda to make it a bit better for gap filling.

@ottaross I don't have epoxy at hand anyways... it's small, it will be repaired to the point it can't be repaired anymore. That's what I do for 4 years on all of the vehicles.

I've soldered contacts of a toy police siren, too. We got this. :)
