Why do I keep getting the ARRL's ARES newsletter despite having unsubscribed to it two years ago? The ARRL site even shows that I am unsubscribed to it, but apparently that doesn't matter.

Probably for the same reason that email page has a double-negative on their list, asking users to OPT IN to NOT RECEIVING non-ARRL emails. Not too confusing! FFS they are so bad at this simple tech stuff, then they want us to trust them with our credit card and PI information.

@croyle They paid millions to cyber criminals to have their data unencrypted because they failed to have adequate data backups. Why does anyone trust the #ARRL with anything at all?

@croyle Same. I’ve complained to my Division Director but he’s not a Buffoon Loyalist so is unable to help.
