Something has definitely changed in the past few years where my anxiety-riddled millenial brain went from yay saas, now I don't have to speak to a human to deal with this thing, to fuck saas, give me a person I can call instead of being stuck in broken software for hours

This is one reason I'm getting my mom off of AT&T. Getting a human from them is like pulling nails. And for a phone company, the guy had awful reception. Only time I've had worse was calling India about my Xbox 360's RRoD.
US Mobile has humans on the phone, email, or chat. Its really nice. ...Though the latter two I've thought I should try sending prompt injections just to make sure.
