It's terrible that there are pregnant girls in ICE custody, all of whom are being moved to Texas. But based on the below, they were already pregnant before being abducted. Awful, but not the same as, say, a Bosnian-war style rape camp.

I do know that during Trump I there were extensive allegations of sexual violence against minors in contract facilities. I don’t doubt that ICE officers are harming young girls. I’m just not sure THIS story (about an island) is true

I know about xcancel, but expected any time on there to be a waste, as I had a less than 1% hope of a helpful follow up by the poster. It set off engagement farming bot alarms for me. No link, "BREAKING:", images attached, but they are not searchable screenshots. Never doubted the tweet existed though... just doubted that anything in the thread would be juice worth the squeeze.
The PBS article is much more my speed.
