@regehr @palvaro I assume so, though I also bet it's unbearably hot on the top floor of their house. Of course there is no air conditioning, why would you need that in SF?

@dan @palvaro our first Utah house didn't have A/C and it would sometimes get into the high 80s indoors and that was brutal
