Underappreciated story: Trump and Bondi have decided to disregard the constitutional requirement that US Attorneys require Senate confirmation. In state after state they install unqualified apparatchiks, and it's up to the courts to discover that these stooges are serving illegally.

Here's a judge actually throwing one of these Trump prosecutors out of his courtroom: “You have lost the confidence and the trust of this court. You have lost the confidence and the trust of the New Jersey legal community, and you are losing the trust and confidence of the public.”
Any attorney who goes along with this should be disbarred.
I’d like to suggest that the courts start incarcerating them for contempt.
The people serving who have not been properly appointed have no legal standing. I’d like to suggest if they show up in court suggesting otherwise that they are in contempt.
