“The Secret Agent” (2025), cinematographer Evgenia Alexandrova, AFC shot the movie on the ARRI Alexa 35 digital camera.

The “texture and warmth” you may think you’re getting from celluloid film is mostly coming from lensing, lighting, and production design.

@tvaziri I’ve been amazed at the quality LiveGrain® is able to generate. I first heard of it in the credits of Soderbergh’s No Sudden Move, but apparently it’s been around a while.
