@ErikUden Vampiric more than socialist is the word than comes to mind. Cuba was milking Venezuelan oil at bargain prices and reselling it at market value for more than 20 years.

From 2016 to 2018 Venezuela had a Maduro induced famine — check out Maduro’s diet—but Cuba kept receiving oil, and advising the Venezuelan government on repression tactics.

The Cuban people shouldn’t be suffering, but that regime has been scavenging other countries for a long time.
