From 2016 to 2018 Venezuela had a Maduro induced famine — check out Maduro’s diet—but Cuba kept receiving oil, and advising the Venezuelan government on repression tactics.

The Cuban people shouldn’t be suffering, but that regime has been scavenging other countries for a long time.
