after four hours of high intensity sporting I had to go to the hospital this weekend (by ambulance, that's a first) and apparently my heart isn't doing that well. and now I'm slightly panicking but cardiologist has no free appointments until may. guess I'll have to wait (and be slightly worried) for now...
