Sadly, this is true. These men are narcissists and other types of sociopaths, and power literally goes to their heads. They will just get worse.
Sociopaths have the maturity of a child, have zero empathy, feel no guilt, lack a conscience. Imagine a 3-year-old with power and no constraints; they would keep acting out in escalating ways until stopped. That's what Musk and Trump and Theil and all those men are doing. They cannot stop themselves; it's their nature.
