That this woman got elected is an indictment of US democracy and citizenry. She should never have become a candidate, because the party would know she'd get laughed out of contention.

These people are all sociopaths. It's worse than 'They don't care about you.' All types of sociopath (#narcissist, #psychopath, Machiavellian) are sadistic and take pleasure in hurting others. They are predators and we their prey. That's how they see it; we need to wake up and realise what we're dealing with.
Monopolies and oligopolies provide poor service, because what are you going to do about it? It's a way for the executives to cut costs / increase profits.

Israel's leaders are psychopaths and the vast majority of Israelis support ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and anyone else in their way. As such, Israel has forfeited its right to exist, just as Nazi Germany did. (Germany was split up post WWII, and the democratic part was required to adopt a new electoral system that would prevent another Hitler from being elected. Israel has become a #pathocracy, where sociopaths are in charge. The US is extemely close to also being one.)

Sadly, this is true. These men are narcissists and other types of sociopaths, and power literally goes to their heads. They will just get worse.
Sociopaths have the maturity of a child, have zero empathy, feel no guilt, lack a conscience. Imagine a 3-year-old with power and no constraints; they would keep acting out in escalating ways until stopped. That's what Musk and Trump and Theil and all those men are doing. They cannot stop themselves; it's their nature.
I was inspired to write this by comments by Americans after a Paul Krugman article in which he said as much…but the Americans in the comments are clearly desperate for everything to ‘go back to normal’ once Trump is gone. But the Americans have destroyed 'normal' and there is no going back.

Key point! Sociopaths gain control of a country and they have no humanity. They set about remaking society in their own image. Prevent Sociopaths (narcissists, psychopaths, and Machiavellians) from gaining power and this problem never happens.
