Been working for months at tasty water kefir recipes and I think I have a good system going! Although in fairness my recipes are never measured and I just rely on muscle memory. In any case, if you’re around Rotterdam, tomorrow (and in April) I’ll be sharing some info and samples at Snackbar Frieda.
I especially enjoy burping my water kefir bottles, always exciting to see the bubbles #fermentation
