It’s in French, sung by a French-Canadian with her Quebecois accent. The track played a lot on English-speaking Canadian radio stations back in the late 80s.

@giflian @DJDarren if you close your eyes you can imagine, rather than a pair of hosers, they're a couple of chill moose, eh? 😅
(I loved their inclusion in Brother Bear - I wouldn't normally use a lazy overused Canadianism, but I think in their case it's almost mandatory)

I didn't realize that Dave Thomas showed up in several other things I've seen - such as the, ironically, "For British Eyes Only" subplot of Arrested Development, and John Cleese's assistant in Rat Race 🤯
