Teaching a One-Day Tech Class

@kb6nu @dma I think the target audience for this exam session are people who have an EE / Physics background, so a one day class is probably overkill.

I do promote your "no nonsense" study guides for both refreshing people's memories of basic EE / Physics and introducing some of the regulatory aspects

There are also affiliated groups around here (like the University of Washington Amateur Radio Club) who do classes, but are not in a position to run exams at the moment
