We are restless.

It feels like we should be doing something. We are not. This is making us deeply uncomfortable. What are we forgetting? What could we do, right now, to improve how we feel?

The uncertainty is anxiety inducing.

@ShimmeringSystem and it's likely that the restlessness is probably being creeted by the very same anxiety that it's causing x-x
@ShimmeringSystem For us, this is an anxiety symptom, not a cause. Usually the answer is to get up and do *something.* There is always laundry, dishes, or sweeping to do in our house. If it comes when we're supposed to be sleeping, we'll just do it until we start yawning.
@ShimmeringSystem Do you have a to do list? If not, try doing something that will help you relax. Take a bath or shower, read a book, write a thing. Something that has both measured progress and that has a definite "I did this, thing is done." state.
