@bert_hubert I'm a rank amateur so I mostly stick with Aperol or bianco vermouth or a Negroni. But yeah, there's clearly some professional European going on there. :)

@Eetschrijver @arclight @bert_hubert I am far from being a professional European (immigrated to Germany from California about a decade ago) but straight up in a chilled glass is a personal preference, though it is also pretty good with club soda (the traditional Campari Soda) or high carbonation sparkling water. Also, I really enjoyed this video and thread.

The latter, absolutely. I personally like to do my professional Europeaning with Ricard, but that's just one of the many possible flavors of Europeaning. Also, Macron already told Tangerine the Terrible non.
