Anyway, I could swear black and blue that the lyrics to Don't You Want Me, by The Human League, had the line "you were working as a waitress in a pick-up bar" and it was recently changed. Not a mondegreen, the words don't remotely sound alike.

Edit: To be clear, I do know that the line was always "cocktail" not "pick-up". My memory is faulty and I have no idea how that happened. But it's a really solid false memory.
