Gorgeous day to get out to the Old Strathcona Farmer's Market, and to collect signatures for the #WaterNotCoal petition. People really come right over to sign once they realize what the petition is about.

He advocated and got a cease on further coal-mining with a previous administration, but they started it up again. He has a busy touring schedule but took time to start up another petition campaign. If you look at events on the webpage, you can find out where to sign a petition near you.

Oh, that seriously sucks! Depending on where you're located, you can probably find someone to come to you. There's also a FB page for WaterNotCoal. I think that there are folks collecting signatures in most of the province.
