Training naked at home is great. I work out in the nude whenever possible. It feels a bit odd at first, but you quickly get used to it and it feels totally normal.

@Natural Working out is another activity that, once you do it nude, it's hard to go back to clothed. Your body can shed heat and sweat so much easier, and who wants to do laundry that much anyway?
