@Existential Comics There is East-West pipeline(2M barrels usually per day) and Abu-Dhabi pipeline(1M barrels usually per day). 17M barrels by tankers. Capacity of pipelines are bigger, E-W has 5M barrels, Abu-Dhabi has 1,8M barrels per day. So there is decline about 13M barrels which cannot be transferred atm.

@existentialcomics My kind of enlightenment is the one with individual rights and such, and that's in direct conflict with the other version sometimes. But in some cases the desire really is the problem and this is one of them.
