This I Believe. Stand Out is a weekly event held every Friday at 11: 30 to 12:30 along the sidewalk in the center of Williamsburg. This event is open to all. It is an opportunity for people to speak out about what is important to them. Bring signs, flags or just yourself. We do have signs that folks can choose to use. Respect for others and demonstrating safe behavior is always expected. There is on street parking and some off street parking nearby. Please don’t park in spots or designated for local business or in the library lot. Burgy Brews is closed so that’s a good parking place. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
