Not sure if you can. Whether they're battery powered, hybrid or ICE powered, they all have some form of connectivity. Even tyres have RFID chips these days.
Interestingly, there's quite a market for older commercial vehicles, vans and the like. The older motors are easier to work on than newer, modular types.
