A big shout out to @frameworkcomputer for their continued support of our project!
They recently sponsored the project with a Framework 16 with the latest Ryzen AI 300 series CPU.
We can't wait to put it to good use as we develop AerynOS!

Joey Riches will be using the laptop to dogfood and help develop AerynOS.
His initial feedback was that the build and installation process went smoothly. Everything works out of the box including the fingerprint sensor in our KDE environment. He also commented that the speakers were some of the best he had heard on a laptop.
All in all, he is happy to have received the Framework 16 as it will help him contribute to the AerynOS project.
Framework's repairability and upgradability will also serve us well into the future. For example, Framework previously sent the project a Framework 13. Due to a mishap, the screen on that device subsequently broke but it was a simple process to get a replacement screen and get the laptop back in working order.
It's a subjective thing though, Joey is not a reviewer and hasn't checked out lots of laptops.
Joey is happy with the laptop and I think that's the most important thing?
