Question for #linux gamers.

My partner and I have logitech headsets (Pro X) which we picked because under windows, they were good at not picking up each other's voices when setting up the control center just right.

On #bazzite or #LinuxMint, that doesnt work, and hearing ourselves double when #gaming with friends is driving us up the wall.

We are currently ogling sennheiser headsets (stuff for noise cancelling seems installed on board?).

Experiences and tips would be much appreciated. ❤️

@Fluse Serious question: What would be wrong with Windows for you?
@Fluse Do you know the reason why it isn't working well enough on Linux? Different drivers?
@Fluse Active noise cancelling headphones will certainly help in not hearing the other person yourself, but won't necessarily remove the other voice from what the microphone picks up and sends to discord/stream. That is, you may not hear double with ANC but your friends still will. You need to make sure you are looking for both ANC in the headphones and noise suppression in the microphone. There may be microphone noise suppression programs for Linux but that is beyond my expertise.
