If anyone else who has had top surgery but still wants to make "women's" sewing patterns has been looking, apparently the adjustment we're looking for is BMX (comes from Bilateral Mastectomy WIthout Reconstruction)

just sharing in #QueerSew in case anyone else was looking for it because it's been taking me awhile to figure out. note that the language is all centered around cancer survivors and is very gendered

apparently what we need to do is the small bust adjustment but keep pushing everything in until no dart is present. i will try it and report back
