Why I Write

I’ve always been drawn to science fiction that asks quiet questions.

Not just about technology itself, but about where it’s going, what it makes possible, and how it changes ordinary people and everyday lives.

I’m fascinated by the point where big ideas meet human choices.

In my stories, I try to build characters who feel real and place them in situations where there aren’t easy answers. Moments where responsibility matters, where decisions carry weight, and where doing the right thing is rarely simple.

I’m less interested in spectacle for its own sake and more interested in people: their character, their doubts, and the consequences of the paths they choose.

What does it cost to do the right thing?
And sometimes just as importantly,
what does it cost to do nothing at all?

That’s the kind of story I enjoy writing.

And it’s the kind of conversation I hope this page—and these books—can be part of.
