Not sure if it’s the time change, that fact that it’s starting to warm and there’s more allergens, the state of the world, something else, or a combination of all of the above, but my sleep has been crap the last couple of days in particular, the last few weeks in general. Even when I get a decent amount of sleep, I don’t feel rested afterwards.
Got an appointment for a request for a sleep study later in the month, at least
