I've seen this without auto. Remove permissions for the microphone on Google assistant and it still reacts to hey Google.
Maybe it can lip read 🤣

@Eurospoofer @munin and this sort of thing is why the assistant remains permanently disabled on my phone at all times. But disabling android auto doesn't seem(?) to be an option
