We're favouring Fedora Bluefin for client laptop and desktop installs. The silent background upgrades and ability to roll back to the previous image are HUGE for desktop Linux user experience.

Having the latest GNOME and Fedora goodies is brilliant for usability and letting users install up to date apps using Flatpak and Brew reduces the chance of clients having issues with the base OS.

You can actually use this application management concept on any Linux distro. Simply install everything you need using Flatpak and Brew rather than the distro's repos.

This decouples apps from the base OS. This means you can run a long term support OS such as Debian or Ubuntu with all the latest applications but your base OS stays minimal and clean.

@techcare I would argue for KDE over Gnome (my personal choice) and do use a mix of Bazzite and Aurora (the KDE version of bluefin)
