lol. lmao.

Meta shareholders should be looking into removing the dude who dumped $14B rather than the dude who was smart enough to take it. Oh, oh wait. I see.

Zuckerberg has “finished” with Alexandr Wang, worth US$14 billion

Mark Zuckerberg strips power from Alexandr Wang, Meta’s top-paid AI exec, via restructuring.

Has there ever in history been a more amazing group of cucks than META public shareholders?

(I'm sure I indirectly hold a few tens of thousands of dollars of META stock because of index funds, so, pot, kettle, etc)

@steve if they really cared about sensible investments, while they're at it, they should also be looking into removing the dude who dumped $70-80B into a VR/AR-shaped crater with, so far, very little to show for it
@steve I mean, you blow $70B on one failed moonshot, $14B on another, and pretty soon you're wasting real money
@rygorous @steve at some point you gotta start wondering whether you would have been better off building the giant space death laser after all
@dotstdy @rygorous @steve what do you mean? that laser is already operational.
@rygorous Zuck basically has a money printing machine that turns out a few tens of billions a quarter entirely on it’s own, and rather than doing laps in gold bullion and building public libraries or whatever, dude is just incinerating it in a deranged quest to be perceived as being a business genius or relevant or something.
@steve @rygorous he renamed the company Meta because he never Meta bad sci fi idea he didn't like
@rygorous certainly no legs to show for it
@steve "we just need to show people this idea has legs" bad news, boss
@steve I get to make these jokes kids, I publicly noped out of VR long before almost everyone else yup'd in!
@steve yeah this doesn't surprise me... again, look how much money he burnt on metaverse stuff...
@rli there’s nothing you could do to convince me this wasn’t a story line from Silicon Valley a few years ago.
@rli but hey, I guess someone has to contest with Masayoshi Son for the title of dumbest money in the industry.
