Visually impaired travellers say there are issues with the reliability of pre-booked assistance.

@a11ycollective I once took a train from London Euston to Birmingham. The staff member helping me out pulled me along at maximum speed. He took me around a corner so tightly that I got slammed into a railing. I had a bruise on my chest for the better part of a week. Not sure if it was the same org. Come to think of it, the guy didn't even announce that he was a staff member... I did make it onto my train though
